Teaches at Kundalini Rising Yoga

Renée has actively been practicing yoga since 2001, and has greatly enjoyed the mind, body, and spirit benefits she has gained with her practice.  As a psychotherapist, with a specialty in Sex Therapy and Education, she is always looking for healing modalities to help individuals overcome mental illness and addiction.  In searching for more holistic methods for treating individuals with trauma and sexual dysfunction it was highly recommended that she seek Kundalini Yoga as a modality for treatment.  In 2015, she completed her Kundalini teacher training at Kundalini Rising, and has actively been teaching and expanding her knowledge in Yoga and other alternative medicines.  

She often utilizes techniques from Kundalini Yoga to assist individuals with healing from old wounds and those in search for emotional balance.  She has experience teaching Kundalini to individuals overcoming Post Traumatic Stress, various addictions, and eating disorders. She is one of the creators of Integrative Medical Services.  Integrative Medical Services is a healing space where various practitioners from both Western and Alternative Medicine come together to create wellness packages for individuals and families.
