By the time this retreat rolls around, we will have been either in quarantine or working in an essential role for over a month. You deserve a break. You may even need it by now. For everyone’s safety we are taking a non-traditional approach to this retreat, but we are still committed to taking care of you and providing you the break you need. This time around we’re taking our retreat online and bringing it straight to your living room.
This Retreat is about Wellness, Community, & Magic
We believe that balance is better than dogma. We believe that trauma grows in the dark and that all the kale in the world won’t heal you if you bury that trauma. We believe wellness should be sustainable and realistic. Mostly, we believe that building and benefiting your community is the strongest way to increase your health and happiness. Our retreats combine our three core services—movement, health coaching, and home cooking—into one immersive experience designed to touch on all of these things. We may be digital now but we will still teach you skills that you can carry into your daily life (like how to cook with limited supplies). We’ll use yoga to increase self-love and build body awareness (no quarantine body shaming in this space). We will laugh, we will probably cry, and we will build community to last a lifetime.

Our yoga classes are designed for all levels. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner you will find what you need in our classes. We are Hatha Yoga trained which means one movement to one breath. We focus on breath work, alignment, meditation, strength, and relaxation. Great for toning the body, mind, and spirit!
This retreat is about connection. You’ll make friendships that will last a life time, this time from your screens, where everyone finds themselves on a level playing field. We’ll share our intentions, release what no longer serves us, and work on manifesting what we most want. This is a powerful experience and we all leave changed as a result.
Supper Club Style Dinners
A TRILUNA speciality, just from your own home. This retreat is designed to scale. So you can add the local box to your experience, order in from your favorite restaurant, or create your own meal at home. But no matter where you get your food we will all sit down for supper together. You can have side chats with new friends or engage in table topics throughout the evening.
We’re more interested in teaching life skills than we are one off classes so we wrap all of that up into each of our workshops. Our cooking class is about cooking with limited resources and transforming everyday pantry items into delicious meals. Our yoga workshop will help to find balance and build resiliency during this difficult time. We want you to leave excited about self-investment.
