John, our instructor took us seamlessly through the steps of cooking a multi-course Indian meal. Everything was organized so that we could coordinate the preparation of multiple dishes in sequence and everyone got to participate in the process of making the dishes. We made bread and paneer from scratch, as well as a three complete dishes, chutney and rice. The meal was fun to make and delicious! I have made it many time since. This was one of the best classes I have ever taken.

An excellent class. I feel like I gained confidence in the kitchen with certain techniques, learned new techniques and got to eat some delicious food at the end of it all. Strongly recommend!

Lots of fun and good to learn some tricks of the trade when it comes to cutting, dicing, and peeling. Made Indian look easy--excited to try it at home!

The instructor was great and I learned a lot, the food was delicious. It's worth taking into account that it's not a hands on class - as a student you cut a few vegetables and handle dough, but was of the cooking is done by the instructor.

Good class and knowledgeable teacher. But would like to have done more of the actual cooking rather than just watching the teacher cook. I can watch cooks at home on TV.

Jennifer was a wonderful teacher and not only did I learn a lot about Indian food, but I learned some very good basic kitchen techniques which would help with any cuisine I might be preparing. Plus, what we made was absolutely delicious, and when we sat down to enjoy the fruits of our labor, everyone had a great time and great meal.

John was great. We got there late which is not a good thing and he was exceptionally gracious about it. The set up for a first timer was perfect. Small group, comfortable environment. We participated in the chopping and had a great discussion about the different spices. We finished the evening with an absolutely delicious meal. Thanks John !!
