From the moment you arrive, you'll be welcomed with a charcuterie board and a refreshing welcome drink, setting the perfect tone for the event. The competition takes place in our modern, spacious kitchen, where teams will compete against each other in various pasta-making challenges, from crafting the dough to shaping the pasta. Our pasta competition is beginner-friendly, ensuring that everyone can participate and enjoy the process. Guided by our expert chef, you'll learn how to make pasta from scratch and create the perfect sauce to complement it.

After the competition, you'll get to unwind and enjoy an authentic Italian dinner with your team—a perfect way to savor the fruits of your labor.

What's Included:

• Charcuterie Board & Welcome Drink: An Italian Aperitivo with cheeses and meats, accompanied by a refreshing Spritz or a glass of Prosecco.
• Pasta Making Competition: Teams will compete in a series of fun and beginner-friendly pasta challenges, earning points for creativity and skill in tasks like making the dough, shaping the pasta, and creating stories behind it.
• Post-Class Dinner: Relax and enjoy the delicious pasta dishes you've created with your team in our beautiful and intimate venue
• Take-Home Recipe Video: A video of the pasta-making process so participants can recreate the experience at home.
• Dietary Accommodations: We accommodate dietary preferences and offer gluten-free pasta options.
• 1 instructor, with 1-2 kitchen assistants.

Event Itinerary:

• This experience is 2.5 hours long and includes the following itinerary:
• Welcome (30 minutes): Enjoy a welcome drink and a charcuterie board with a selection of our fresh meats and cheeses
• Pasta Competition (1 hour): The most engaging and fun part of this experience takes place in our modern and bright kitchen. Participants will learn how to make pasta from scratch with a competitive twist. They will be split into teams and compete against each other.
• Pasta Dough (1st step): The chef demonstrates, and participants make their own dough. Points are awarded for cleanliness.
• Making Sauce (2nd step): The chef demonstrates sauce preparation, where participants engage collectively.
• Pasta Shaping (3rd step): Speed competition to shape cavatelli; points are awarded for quantity and quality.
• Creative Pasta Shapes (4th step): Teams invent and present unique pasta shapes and their stories. Points are awarded based on creativity, functionality, and storytelling.
• Break (15 minutes): Relax while the pasta you created is prepared.
• Dinner (45 minutes): Enjoy the pasta creations together in our beautiful space.

• Corkage Service fee: +$200 flat
• Open bar fee: +$25 per person
