This sushi making class is catered to large groups. Everyone will make their own sushi rolls and be able to eat what they make, along with learning useful tips and information about the art of sushi. All cooking supplies and ingredients will be provided.

2 maki (rolls)
Hand roll
Plus ginger salad prepared by me

The fish will be chosen based on market availability; you can expect dishes like yellowtail jalapeño sashimi, ebi nigiri, spicy tuna roll, philly roll, vegetable maki, crab hand roll.

Chef instructor + assistant based on the size of class.

Event itinerary:

Chef + team will arrive 60-120min prior based on size of class. Students should allow 10min before class start time to settle in and wash hands (this can take awhile for larger groups)

0min: introduction
5min: students gather ingredients (if necessary)
15min: Prep ingredients.
30min: Assemble all courses.
55min: Cut and plate sushi
70min: Eat the sushi or pack for to go.
90min: Finish
