You'll receive step-by-step guidance in developing your knife skills, preparing flavorful dumpling fillings, and mastering the intricate art of folding wrappers into various traditional shapes, including mandu, gyoza, and shumai. Transform these beautiful shapes into savory chicken and vegetable dumplings, complete with house-made dipping sauces.
Learn both boiling and pan-frying preparation methods to create perfectly cooked dumplings. After preparing your creations, you'll plate and savor your dumplings alongside fellow participants in a relaxed social setting.
