If you don’t know your group size, select the minimum group size (10) to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We’ll finalize your payment once your headcount is confirmed.

General Notes

After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.
Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event.
You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.

Supported Platforms for Virtual Events: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if you provide the meeting link to CourseHorse in advance of the event.

If you find a similar event with a competitor at a lower price, we’ll gladly match it. This applies to events of comparable description and duration. Rescheduled events must occur within 1 year of the original event.
There are no cancellations for events with materials once materials have been shipped.
