General Notes

After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.
Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event.
You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.

Supported Platforms for Virtual Events: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if you provide the meeting link to CourseHorse in advance of the event.

Rescheduled events must occur within 1 year of the original event.
There are no cancellations for events with materials once materials have been shipped.

A master chandler with 24 years of experience guides the class, and each participant leaves with two custom candles.

Event Itinerary:

Your host arrives at your venue with all necessary materials fully prepared.
A short welcome message is delivered along with instructions for customizing each person's candle projects.
Melted candle wax is delivered to each table for participants to work with.
Participants customize their melted wax by selecting their own fragrance, color, botanicals, and additives, then pour the finished blend into tin candle vessels.
The process is repeated so each participant completes their two unique candle projects.
Once all candles are complete and set, lids and eco-friendly carry bags are distributed for easy transport home.
