During this party, your group will learn to make both sushi rolls and Gyoza in a single evening. The session begins with Gyoza, then transitions into preparing 3 pre-selected Sushi Rolls as a group.

Please note that the first course will not be ready until approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes into the evening. Adding our Charcuterie option beforehand is a great way to keep guests satisfied while you cook.

Event Itinerary:

The first hour is spent learning to make sushi and Gyoza. The second hour is devoted to preparing and assembling both dishes, with the sushi resting before it is sliced. Eating begins in the third hour.

Note:

One 2-liter bottle of soda is included for every 10 guests, so a group of 12 receives 2 bottles. A large dispenser of lemon-infused water is provided at every event.

Sparkling or bottled water can be added for $30 per 16 cans or bottles.

Drink Packages:

Wine is available by the bottle at a flat rate of $30, or at a reduced rate through a pre-purchased drink package. Pay as you go at $30 per bottle (beer and non-alcoholic alternatives are $8 to $10 per bottle or can), or pre-purchase a package:
