This event begins with a focused lesson on crafting Stromboli Pizza Rolls, after which your group transitions into an open-format cooking competition. Teams of 2 to 3 are given access to a shared pantry stocked with 12 to 15 ingredients and have one hour and fifteen minutes to consult with our staff and create a small plate, main course, or dessert of their choosing.

Please note that this competition format involves minimal instruction. Teams should feel comfortable with basic kitchen skills. Our staff can offer preparation tips and guidance, but will not provide step-by-step lessons during this portion. This event is best suited for groups who enjoy freedom in the kitchen and do not need explicit direction.

Event Itinerary:

The first hour covers how to make Stromboli, during which guests prepare and eat. The second hour is the cooking competition.

Note:

One 2-liter bottle of soda is included for every 10 guests, so a group of 12 receives 2 bottles. A large dispenser of lemon-infused water is provided at every event.

Sparkling or bottled water can be added for $30 per 16 cans or bottles.

Wine is available by the bottle at a flat rate of $30 or at a reduced rate through a pre-purchased drink package.
