During this party, your group will learn to make fresh pasta entirely from scratch. Two format options are available: Fettuccine with Two Sauces, or a Lasagna night where each participant assembles their own individual Lasagna from a selection of vegetables, cheese, and meat toppings. The sauces for Fettuccine night are prepared demo-style with help from a few guests. A salad course is included with both formats.

Please note that Lasagna night requires additional time, and guests should expect to sit down for the main course approximately 2.5 hours into the event. With Fettuccine, plan on eating around the 2-hour mark.

Event Itinerary

The first hour is devoted to making sauces and preparing pasta from scratch. Salad is served after the first hour. Pasta is then rolled out and shaped for cooking.

Note:

One 2-liter bottle of soda is provided for every 10 guests, so a party of 12 receives 2 bottles. A large dispenser of lemon-infused water is included at every event.

Sparkling or bottled water can be added for $30 per 16 cans or bottles.

Drink Packages:

Wine is sold by the bottle at a flat rate of $30, or at a reduced rate when purchased as part of a drink package. You can purchase wine as you go at $30 per bottle (beer and non-alcoholic alternatives are $8 to $10 per bottle or can), or pre-purchase a drink package:
