Earn your seat at the front of the class with Exotic Chair Dance! Use your new, flirty skills to impress your special someone or just for fun. This cardio intense class begins with a 15 minute chair-fit warm up that is sure to make you sweat!

Women of all ages and shapes are welcome and encouraged.

Attire:

• Leggings/shorts, t-shirt/tank, barefoot or heels
• Do not wear jewelry, belts, velcro, zippers, lotion or oils.

Bring to Class:

• mat, bottle of water, hand towel and your workout attire (if you plan on changing clothes at the studio)

Important Things to Note:

• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your class to sign-in and change clothes
