What you'll learn in this parenting class:

This workshop is all about helping your child (ages 2 to 7) positively welcome a new baby brother or sister to the family.

Welcoming another child to the family can be a challenging transition as parents naturally give their attention to the pregnancy and the new baby on the way. To help you stay connected with your "big kid" and prepare to meet your new arrival together, this workshop offers child-friendly songs, books and activities to introduce the idea of a growing family.

In the workshop, you and your child will learn about:

welcoming new baby
breastfeeding
infant development and care

These lessons will be shared through:

developmentally appropriate books
experiential learning stations
a simple craft project

Your child will receive a Big! Sibling Prep Certificate.

Upon registering, you'll receive a brief survey to help us best prepare the workshop for you and your child.

Important Things to Note:

Price is for a family (includes up to 2 children and 2 parents, with at least one adult required.)
$5 for each additional child.

Required Materials:

Please bring a favorite doll or stuffed animal to the workshop for your child. (We'll "practice diapering" together.)

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 2 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
Students who cancel less than 2 business days prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non refundable registration fee.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
