What you'll learn in this lecture class:

Join us for a unique workshop on the intersection between art and politics with engaging presentations on Latin America, Israel & Palestine, and the African Diaspora! Following the workshop, we'll attend a guided tour of the Contemporary Arts Museum of Houston's new exhibition, Origins of the Self, which features art by local teen artists. As always, breakfast and lunch is provided free of cost and you'll leave with a booklet full of helpful materials to build curriculum on the workshop's focal topic. We look forward to seeing you there!
