What you'll learn in this culinary class:
Escape to Valencia with our authentic Spanish Paella class! In this fun and interactive class, you will learn how to create this famous Spanish favorite known for its signature smoky flavors of chorizo, golden saffron hue, fresh seafood and aromatic vegetables. You will also learn how to flavour profile and blend Spanish flavours, and where to source fresh, seasonal ingredients in order to master the perfect Paella. Perfect for entertaining, wow your friends and family at your next dinner party with your new found signature dish!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing). You will work with other students in groups of 2 or 4.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group.
Refund Policy
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.
For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
