How it Works
Description
Making delicious French Macarons is a true art The popularity of this French dessert has only exploded in the past few years.
During this 2h 30min session, you will learn how to prepare, bake, and make this delightful and light pastry. Chef Simon will guide and teach you every step of the way in order for you to perfect the recipe behind this sophisticated delicacy.
From whipping the meringue into the base to piping the shells onto a sheet and cooking an exquisite ganache, guests will acquire the essential techniques to be able to replicate the recipe at home.

Event Itinerary:
- Once everyone arrives, the host will welcome them with an introduction and a fun ice breaker before going over event schedule and offer soft drinks and snacks.
- Next, the group will be divided into teams to watch a series of demonstrations from the pros.
- Each team will then be equipped with sweet pantry ingredients and the hands-on work will start.
- Finally, everyone will get to enjoy their macarons!

My daughter and I had a lot of fun doing this class. We enjoyed our table partners and the instructor was great. The macarons are delicious. We went home with plenty to share with family and friends.
