Your group will prepare a refined Celery Root and Watercress Soup, a rich Lamb and Guinness Stew, classic Champ (Irish mashed potatoes brightened with scallions), slow-braised Cabbage with Bacon, rustic Irish Soda Bread made from scratch, and a Whisky Trifle for dessert that brings the evening to a festive close.

Unlimited beer, wine, and soft drinks are included, with a full bar upgrade available at additional cost. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated; please inquire when booking.
