Make Kazari Maki-Zushi, decorative sushi influenced by Saiku and Futomaki techniques. This Japanese food art has evolved for more than 150 years, using ingredients' natural colors to form flowers, fruit, animals, words, logos and other images inside a roll.

No sushi experience is required. Layer and stack ingredients like building blocks, then slice the roll to reveal the design.
