Our cocktail-making experience at J.Bespoke was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the space, it was clear we were in for something truly special. Eric, the owner and instructor, was the heart and soul of the evening. His gracious hospitality, combined with a natural gift for storytelling and an impressive depth of knowledge, created an atmosphere that was both refined and warmly inviting. Under Eric’s expert guidance, we crafted two exquisite cocktails—the Cucumber Margarita, a crisp and refreshing interpretation with layers of subtle complexity, and the French 76, an elegant, effervescent blend that felt celebratory with every sip. What elevated the experience beyond the drinks themselves was Eric’s ability to weave technique, history, and humor into each moment, making every step feel meaningful and memorable. It is rare to find a host who so effortlessly balances professionalism with such genuine charm. Eric has created a hidden gem in J.Bespoke—a space that fosters connection, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the art of mixology. We left feeling not only delighted by what we had made, but grateful for the experience itself. We cannot wait to return.

This was a great event. Our bartender was knowledgeable and had a lot of fun facts for us. The class was paced just right, with a break in the middle to enjoy our drinks, which was also very good for socializing for a business outing. Everyone in group loved the whole experience. Highly recommend!

The moment we stepped into J. Bespoke, Eric made us feel right at home. Our team had a blast learning new craft cocktail techniques with him. We particularly enjoyed sipping our creations together in the cozy atmosphere of J. Bespoke. This event is a must for any team—they'll love it as much as we did!
