How it Works
Description
French Tarts & Madeleines are an elegant way to enjoy Gouter, the traditional French afternoon "snack".
During this 2.5 hour session, join our chef to learn to prepare tarts, filled with light custard cream and Lemon & Chocolate or Fresh Fruit. Your group will also practice preparing French Madeleines, a perfect accompaniment to any cup of tea or coffee.
Event Itinerary:
- Once everyone arrives, the host will welcome them with an introduction and a fun ice breaker before going over event schedule and offer soft drinks and snacks.
- Next, the group will be divided into teams to watch a series of demonstrations from the pros.
- Each team will then be equipped with pantry ingredients and the hands-on work will start.
- Finally, everyone will get to enjoy their desserts!
