Crisp, flaky croissants couldn’t be more French, but in reality they originated in Eastern Europe, mainly in Vienna, hence the name, Viennoiseries. We will work with pre-made doughs, cut them and fill them.

We provide all the necessary materials and supplies. We recommend wearing casual clothing that you won’t miand getting a little sugar on, and opt for flat, comfortable shoes.
Please refrain from wearing open-toed shoes or sandals, as this poses a safety concern when working within a kitchen environment.
Additionally, for those with long hair, we kindly ask that you tie it back.
