How it Works
Description
The traditional Buche de Noel or Christmas Yule Log is the most famous dessert for the holidays in France. The preparation of this delectable French pastry includes sponge cake, fresh buttercream and of course, baking! Students will do each of these three steps and make and decorate their own Buche de Noel.
Please Note:
- This is a 2 and 1/2 hour hands-on class.
- Each attendee will taste their own Buche de Noel!
- Each attendee will go home with their own Buche de Noel, as well as recipes and detailed instructions to prepare their own at home to impress their family and friends this holiday season!
- BYOB: All events are "Bring Your Own Bottle”.
- The kitchen will be open 10 minutes before booked time. The class will start promptly at booked time.
