Our goal for this class is to teach your group the proper way to safely cut vegetables and herbs. We will teach you how to correctly hold a knife and the best ways to chop or dice certain vegetables. We will also share with you a number of “don’t” do with you knives. Finally we will walk you through the best way to sharpen and take care of your knives.
