For all you vegetarians and veggie-eaters (which should be everyone!) out there, this class is for you! Based on the beloved vegetarian cookbooks by Yotam Ottolenghi, “Plenty” and “More Plenty”, Chef Pam will take you on a fun and flavorful odyssey around the produce section of your grocery store, and make a complete and delicious meal.
Evening’s dishes include: Muhammara Dip with Sumac Pita Chips, Orange and Date Salad, Cauliflower Cake. Mango and Curried Chickpea Salad, and Brussels Sprout Risotto.
You will enjoy the foods created in class, plus appetizers, wine, presentation-style instruction, and lots of good food conversation.
Copies of recipes included.
Cancellations made at least 4 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
