Discover the flavor-packed world of dumplings!
In this hands-on experience, Chef Terry will teach you how to make a Gyoza style pork and shrimp dumplings. You will learn how to make a traditional Gyoza filling, a dipping sauce, master stuffing and pleating Gyoza wrappers and then cook your dumplings in a cabbage-lined steamer. You will then enjoy tasting your own dumpling creations. For those wishing to try their hands at crispy, browned pot stickers, instructions will be given on how to your steamed dumplings to make pot stickers at home.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Guests are welcome to stop by a little earlier for a snack and some drinks. Our venue offers delicious cocktails and wines for sell that will pair extremely well with your dinner that you and your friends will prepare. Public transportation or taxi are recommended given the limited parking options available at this venue.
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
