Description

What you'll learn in this pole dancing class:

This Freshman level class is perfect for those who are new to pole dancing and want to see what it's all about. The class will be filled with women just like you! You will learn the fundamentals of pole dance fitness as well as floor work, dance moves and beginner spins. Class begins with a 15-20 minute warm-up that builds upper body and core strength and safely prepares you for your pole dancing adventure.

No experience or upper body strength needed!

Attire:

leggings/shorts, t-shirt/tank, barefoot
Do not wear jewelry, belts, velcro, zippers, lotion or oils.

Bring to Class:

mat, bottle of water, hand towel and your workout attire (if you plan on changing clothes at the studio)

Important Things to Note:

Arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your class to sign-in and change clothes
