What you'll learn in this agile training:

An Agile coach serves as a mentor to the agile team, facilitating agile thinking and practices and empowering the team to reach their goals through improved team practices. By providing focused guidance, the coach enhances awareness of the business goals and objectives; and acts as a teacher, guide, problem solver, team builder and planner all at once. The agile coach is able to foster a new culture of agile-lean thinking and usher in positive change by changing the organizational culture and redefining the work paradigm to reflect an agile attitude.

One of two Continuous Learning Certifications (CLCs) on the Agile Coaching and Facilitation track, the ICP-ACC focuses primarily on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of an Agile Coach. This workshop is unique in that it allows candidates to experience both the ‘doing’ and ‘being’ of agile coaching. With a strong focus on stimulating real world practical scenarios, aspiring / in transition / existing coaches will be equipped with the right skills and tools to craft powerful ways to address challenges in a better manner. Candidates will learn the underlying competencies required to be successful Agile coaches who are well able to deliver team and organizational outcomes to the desired levels.

Prerequisites:

There are no prerequisites for attending this workshop but a basic understanding of Agile will be useful.

Successful completion of this course results in the ICAgile Certified Professional –Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC) designation from the internationally recognized ICAgile certification body.

Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS BY THE PARTICIPANT

All Cancellations must be notified over email and the refunds will be provided as below:

  • Within 24 hours of registration: 95% refund
  • Less than 11 business days to the workshop: No refund. As a courtesy, we could allow you to apply 50% of your payment towards a future training program within one year of the cancellation date.
  • 1-4 business days prior to class and no-shows: No refund and no credit.
Refunds towards cancellations initiated by a customer will take up to 30 days from the receipt of written request for refund.


RESCHEDULES BY THE PARTICIPANT

All reschedules must be notified over email and the following rules will apply:

  • Greater than 11 business days to the workshop: Credit to a future workshop.
  • Less than 11 business days to the workshop: Credit to a future workshop + 10% (of Standard Course Fee) Reschedule charge.
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time.

Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you would not be offered a refund nor will the amount be credited to a future training.


CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY THE SCHOOL

The school reserves the right to substitute previously allocated presenters with alternative qualified presenters, if deemed necessary.

The school also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events in case of insufficient registrations, or if presenters cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances. You are therefore advised to consult a KnowledgeHut agent prior to making any travel arrangements for a workshop.

In case of a cancellation, you will be notified prior to the start date and will be offered full credit to a future event or a full refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee, promptly.


REFUNDS FOR E-LEARNING COURSES

All cancellations must be notified over email and the refunds will be provided as below:

  • Within 48 hours of registration and before accumulating 30 minutes training: 95% refund or transfer to another online course.
  • After 48 hours of registration and after accumulating 30 minutes of training: No refund.
