During this 3-hour class, you'll work through the entire cinnamon roll process—from preparing the dough to rolling, filling, shaping, baking, and finishing your rolls.

You'll learn how to make a tender pumpkin-enriched yeast dough, then roll it out and fill it with a delicious mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, and warm fall spices. After shaping and baking your rolls until beautifully golden, you'll finish them with a rich and creamy cream cheese glaze.

Event Itinerary:

Your instructor will guide you step by step while teaching essential techniques for working with yeast dough, proper kneading, proofing, rolling and shaping, as well as tips for achieving soft, tender cinnamon rolls every time.
At the end of class, take home the pumpkin cinnamon rolls you make to enjoy and share with family and friends.
