Try flying trapeze with guided instruction for all fitness levels and athletic backgrounds. First-time flyers learn an aerial trick during their first session.

New students wear a safety belt and attend ground school with one of three instructors. Review safety rules, practice take-off on the ground, and watch a knee-hang demonstration before climbing the ladder. Safety lines stay attached from the ladder until you leave the net with both feet on the ground.

Instructors coach beginning flying technique throughout. In the final 30 minutes, an instructor hangs from a second trapeze to catch flyers. You may continue practicing your trick without attempting a catch.
