Dinners in the Dark are multi-course meals eaten while blindfolded. Without sight, diners’ other senses are heightened. Smells, textures and tastes all become more intense. Arrive at our door, don a blindfold and let us take you on an unforgettable ride.

Things to Know:

Diners wear comfortable blindfolds throughout the event. The dining room is not dark.
Menus are secret until the end of the meal so naturally guests have fun guessing which food and wine is on the plate and in the glass.
Any dietary restrictions can be accommodated. When you purchase your tickets, please reach out to CourseHorse for any food allergies, or restrictions.

On arrival, we give you an orientation outside and answer questions before leading you into the dining room with your blindfold on.

About the Venue:

Abigail's Kitchen is a 30-seat restaurant located on a historic block of MacDougal Street in Greenwich Village. French doors look out onto beautiful 1800s townhouses. Prep is done on counter height butcher block tables in the dining area before we head to the kitchen to cook.

Holiday Season 2024: Please note that booking with this partner during the month of December may require certain minimum costs be met. If your group does not meet the following minimums we will do our best to accommodate you, but can not guarantee your preferred date/time:

$3,500 + 20% mandatory gratuity for groups booking after 4pm
$1,500 for groups booking before 4pm
