Led by our expert sommelier, your group will taste and compare six wines: a Chardonnay, a Sauvignon Blanc, a Rosé, a Pinot Noir, a Merlot, and a rotating final red selection. Along the way, you will learn how to speak about wine the way professionals do, explore the history and geography of different wine regions, and develop your understanding of flavor profiles, grape characteristics, food pairings, and tasting techniques, including how to blind taste.

The goal of the evening is to awaken and calibrate your palate as you begin or deepen what promises to be a lifelong relationship with wine.
