How it Works
Description
Create a tray of vibrant rainbow bagels in 90 glorious minutes!
In this class, we'll make our dough from scratch, set up a boiling station and use gel-based food colorings to make our dough pop in a prism of bright, beautiful colors.
After shaping our eye-catching creations, we'll give them a quick boil and bake. By the end of class, we'll have stunning multi-colored bagels that anyone and everyone would be proud to call their own!
What's Included:
- A private, interactive workshop led by a professional chef and instructor
- Access to our event fulfillment team
- After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and Zoom details for the event
- We will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a rainbow bagel kit
- Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event
- All ingredients will be shipped to each participant, including:
- Flour
- Yeast
- Honey
- Kosher or Sea Salt
- Gel Coloring
- e-Gift Card to purchase cream cheese, rainbow sprinkles, lemon and vanilla extract
- **Gluten-Free Option: This event accommodates gluten-free requests - ask our event team for the recommended gluten-free flour. Gluten-free participants are responsible for acquiring the flour.
- Additional Tools Required:
- One deep-sided pot, stock pot, or Dutch oven
- Slotted spoon or spatula
- Medium mixing bowl
- Bowl for proving and a towel to cover the dough
- Plastic wrap
- Baking sheet
Supported Platforms: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.
Pricing
- $900 for upto 10 people
- $90 per person thereafter
Pay the minimum as a deposit at checkout & we'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your head count!
