How it Works
Description
Unleash your inner baker and dive into the timeless craft of sourdough bread making. In this private, interactive workshop, you'll be guided by a professional chef and instructor as you learn the art and science behind creating the perfect sourdough loaf. Gather your team, family, or friends for a fun and delicious experience that brings everyone together in the kitchen.
What's Included:
- A private, interactive workshop led by a professional chef and instructor
- In the kit:
- Bread Blend
- Sourdough Starter
- Proofing Basket & other required tools
- $10 e-GC for participants to purchase additional ingredients (e.g., flour, water, salt)
Supplies Needed:
- Mixing bowl or stand mixer with dough hook
- Medium-sized bowl
- Cutting board
- Wooden or large kitchen spoon
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Whisk or fork
- Cast iron pan, 9x13 pan, smaller pan - 9x9 or pie pans
Additional Ingredients Needed:
- Water
- Flour
- Salt
Supported Platforms: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.
Pricing
- $1,150 for up to 10 people
- $115 per person thereafter
- If you don't know your group size, select the minimum (10) to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount.
