Handmade Pasta

Everyone loves pasta, It’s like a hug from the inside out. 

Learn to make your own flavor infused pasta dough from flour, egg and water/scented olive oil, and salt. You will learn how to make a fall classic, a stuffed pasta called ‘agnolotti’. Think ravioli, but fancier. We will make the dough and the filling, then assemble the pasta and finally enjoy it. We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. We will also share some of our favorite markets to source these fresh ingredients and basic equipment you'll need for making your own pasta at home. 

No experience necessary! The only requirement is a fun attitude and a love of good food. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. Guests are welcome to stop by a little earlier for a snack and some drinks. Our venue offers delicious cocktails and wines for sell that will pair extremely well with your dinner that you and your friends will prepare.
