Our signature series, this six week semester will have you confidently shimmying, bumping and grinding in no time! You’ll learn an entire choreography, from start to finish, with optional clothing removals (over clothes). 

If you’re looking to build your self confidence and get a great workout while you’re at it, this is the series for you! We welcome all sizes and abilities!
