Description

Eat chocolate AND learn about chocolate, while sipping hot chocolate. We'll taste and discuss three bars of chocolate while learning about how chocolate shaped history in this "in the spirit of holiday warmth and deliciousness" workshop. There might even be enough to share with loved ones. 

What's Included:

  • A 60-minute interactive tasting workshop with a professional chef and chocolate expert
  • Materials shipped to participants:
    • Three three-ounce bars of specialty chocolate from different regions of the world
    • Palate cleansing crackers
    • One packet of hot chocolate mix

Shipping Deadlines & Terms:

  • US addresses must be submitted two weeks before the event 
  • Additional costs may apply to expedited shipments
  • Any shipment containing wine or alcohol must be signed for by the recipient 

Cancellation Policy:

  • We cannot provide refunds for events where materials have been shipped 
  • Cancel your event for free if you provide at least a 2-week notice
  • Cancellations less than two weeks out will result in a fee of 50% of the minimum deposit amount 
  • Rescheduling requests less than 48 hours before the event will result in a $150 rescheduling fee

General Notes

  • After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
  • For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.
  • Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event.
  • You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.
  • Get a Demo: Not convinced? Book a 20-minute demo of this event for $25 before committing to it for your group. Your payment will apply towards your final purchase.

Supported Platforms for Virtual Events: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.

Certificate of Insurance (COI) Requests:

If you need a COI please contact our event team after booking. 

Please note while most COI requests can be accommodates, we will need at least 7 business days advance notice, and COIs will require a non-refundable up-charge of $150 per event.

Pricing

  • $850 for up to 10 people 
  • $85 per person thereafter
  • If you don't know your group size, select the minimum group size (10) to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount.

Price Match Guarantee

If you find a similar event with a competitor at a lower price, we’ll gladly match it. This applies to events of comparable description and duration. Simply provide the details when booking, or within 72 hours of your booking, and we’ll ensure you get the best value. Contact an event concierge to get started.

Rescheduled events must occur within 1 year of the original event.
