Description

This course provides easy and delicious beverage and snack ideas for a fun gathering on your porch or patio. You'll learn to craft drinks for individuals or for a group, and create delectable snacks ranging from light nibbles to more filling noshes.

Materials Required to Participate:

Tipples

French 75:

  • Gin
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Simple syrup (Available from Amazon, 12 oz. for about $10)
  • Sparkling wine (Prosecco)

White Sangria:

  • Dry white wine
  • Orange liqueur
  • Superfine sugar or simple syrup (Both available from Amazon, 12 oz. for about $10)
  • Orange, Lemon, Lime
  • Fruit (large strawberries, peach or nectarine, grapes, ripe cantaloupe or watermelon)
  • Club soda (Available from Amazon, Schweppes 1 liter for about $1.50)

Snacks:

  • Parmesan cheese
  • Commercial pie crust (or see ingredient list below)
  • Pesto
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Goat cheese
  • Fresh tomatoes

Pie Crust ingredients:

  • White or white whole-wheat flour (For Gluten-Free participants, please use gluten-free flour)

General Notes

  • After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
  • For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.
  • Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event.
  • You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.
  • Get a Demo: Not convinced? Book a 20-minute demo of this event for $25 before committing to it for your group. Your payment will apply towards your final purchase.

Supported Platforms for Virtual Events: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.
