Such a fun experience! Mary was amazing—she kept the energy high and the instructions simple. I’ve tried making pasta before, but Mary shared some 'game-changer' tips that finally made everything click for me.

We had a blast! The step-by-step instructions were clear, the pace was good, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and joyful. We spent two hours laughing, kneading, and ultimately, enjoying the delicious fruits (or rather, pasta) of our labor. It was a wonderful way for the team to connect outside of our usual work topics.

Thank you! It went very well. I appreciate Simon’s experience and patience as we had some new chefs trying things out during our class.

The pasta making class was great! Everyone really enjoyed it and the pasta was delicious! I was so busy making the pasta I didn’t even think to take pictures… With that being said it was great and I would love to do it again.
