How it Works
Description
Designing your very own holiday ornaments! In this virtual event, you will learn how to create beautiful wood slice ornaments that are perfect for decorating and gift-giving this holiday. There will be time to show all of your beautiful creations to each other as well. Feel free to involve little ones in this kid-friendly activity!
What's Included:
- A private, interactive workshop with a professional artist instructor for step-by-step instruction for crafting techniques for your ornaments.
- Access to our event fulfillment team
- After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and Zoom details for the event
- We will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent an ornament-making kit
- Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event
- Materials shipped to participants:
- Fun, creative crafting kit that lets you create beautiful wood slice ornaments for yourself or to give as gifts to loved ones
General Notes
- After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
- For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.
- Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event.
- You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.
- Get a Demo: Not convinced? Book a 20-minute demo of this event for $25 before committing to it for your group. Your payment will apply towards your final purchase.
Supported Platforms for Virtual Events: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) Requests:
If you need a COI please contact our event team after booking.
Please note while most COI requests can be accommodates, we will need at least 7 business days advance notice, and COIs will require a non-refundable up-charge of $150 per event.
Pricing
- $632 for up to 8 people
- $79 per person thereafter
- If you don't know your group size, select the minimum group size to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount.
Price Match Guarantee
If you find a similar event with a competitor at a lower price, we’ll gladly match it. This applies to events of comparable description and duration. Simply provide the details when booking, or within 72 hours of your booking, and we’ll ensure you get the best value. Contact an event concierge to get started.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduled events must occur within 1 year of the original event. There are no cancellations for events with materials once materials have been shipped.
