Description

Get in the holiday spirit with this classic gift-giving (and stealing) game. 

What your group will do: 

  • Our facilitator will welcome the group, go over the rules of the game, and start the event with high energy.
  • There will be a set of wonderful, quirky, and diverse gifts that each participant will get a chance to unwrap. 
  • The order of the gift unwrapping will be chosen via a fun-and-fast-paced one round holiday trivia contest. All participants will then take turns unwrapping a new gift or stealing a gift from someone else.
  • By the end of the game, each team member will leave the game with a gift that will be mailed to them after the event

What's Included:

How do gifts/delivery work?

  • CourseHorse has curated an extensive and varied list of available gifts for the event 
  • CourseHorse will collect the addresses of participants before the event so that gifts can be delivered once gifts have been selected

We offer three different gift options. This is our Premium Package priced at $155 per person. Other packages are:

  1. Standard Package
  2. Send Your Own Gifts package

The only difference between the standard and the premium package is the price of the gifts. For the "Send Your Own Gifts Package," we will share the format that you will need to share over the photos and descriptions of the gifts so we can add them to the game. If you'd like to see the actual gifts that might be included in the game, reach out, and we'd be happy to share some more specifics!

General Notes

  • After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
  • For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.
  • Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event.
  • You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.
  • Get a Demo: Not convinced? Book a 20-minute demo of this event for $25 before committing to it for your group. Your payment will apply towards your final purchase.

Supported Platforms for Virtual Events: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.

Pricing

  • $1,550 for up to 10 people
  • $155 per person thereafter
  • If you don't know your group size, select the minimum to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount.

Price Match Guarantee

If you find a similar event with a competitor at a lower price, we’ll gladly match it. This applies to events of comparable description and duration. Simply provide the details when booking, or within 72 hours of your booking, and we’ll ensure you get the best value. Contact an event concierge to get started.

Rescheduled events must occur within 1 year of the original event.
There are no cancellations for events with materials once materials have been shipped.
