General Notes

After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.
Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event.
You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.

Supported Platforms for Virtual Events: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if you provide the meeting link to CourseHorse in advance of the event.

Rescheduled events must occur within 1 year of the original event.

What your group will do:

Our talented facilitator will warmly welcome the group, thoroughly explain all the game rules and guidelines, and launch the event with infectious high energy and enthusiasm.
There will be a carefully curated set of wonderful, quirky, and incredibly diverse gifts that every single participant will get an exciting chance to unwrap and open.
The order of gift unwrapping will be strategically chosen through a fun and fast-paced single round of a holiday trivia contest. All participants will then take turns unwrapping a completely new gift or playfully stealing a gift from one of the other participants.
By the conclusion of the game, each valued team member will leave with a special gift that will be carefully mailed to them at their address after the event concludes.

How do gifts and delivery work?

CourseHorse has carefully curated an extensive and wonderfully varied list of available gift options for the event.
CourseHorse will collect the mailing addresses of all participants before the event begins so that gifts can be delivered promptly once gifts have been selected during gameplay.

We offer three different gift package options. This is our Premium Package option priced at one hundred fifty-five dollars per person. Other available packages include:

Standard Package with more economical pricing.
Send Your Own Gifts package, where you provide the gifts.

The primary difference between the standard package and the premium package is the monetary value and quality of the gifts included. For the "Send Your Own Gifts Package," we will provide the specific format and guidelines that you will need to follow when sharing photos and descriptions of the gifts so we can properly add them to the game system.
