Each participant receives a prompt card with a series of interesting, lighthearted facts to discover about their colleagues. The group then breaks into pairs or small clusters of two to three people for a structured interview round, similar in format to speed networking, where everyone tries to match as many prompts to real people as possible before time runs out.

The full group reconvenes to share findings, and that is where the magic happens. Stories emerge, connections form, and the group invariably learns that the person in the next cubicle is far more interesting than anyone suspected.
