We're taking a step away from the sewing machine and enjoying the soothing art of hand embroidery. In this class, students are asked to bring an article of clothing they would like to work on, and they walk away with an embellished garment decorated with a word or phrase in their own handwriting. We teach proper hand embroidery technique, the tricks and tools you'll need to get started, and a couple of bordering stitches, perfect for embroidering a fun word or phrase onto your garment.
