Set sail on a rum-soaked journey, where you'll concoct three tantalizing elixirs and uncover the secrets of this Caribbean treasure. Begin with an introduction to rum's storied past, essential mixology tools (plus crafty alternatives) and key techniques. Then, let the tropical symphony begin with these signature concoctions:

  • South Point - Rum, Gingerbread Syrup, Lime, Dehydrated Lime
  • Isla Bonita - Rum, Gingerbread Syrup, Lime, Orange Liqueur, Nutmeg, Dehydrated Lime
  • Tropic Thunder - Rum, Gingerbread Syrup, Lime, Ginger Beer, Nutmeg, Dehydrated Lime, Glitter, Tiny Umbrella

After this exclusive rum voyage, you'll commandeer your home bar with the finesse of a seasoned captain, ready to regale your crew with tales of tropical libations!

This will include:

    • A private, interactive workshop led by a professional mixologist and instructor
    • Access to our event fulfillment team
      • After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and all the details needed for the event
      • We will then ship the kits to your office/location
      • Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event
    • All ingredients shipped to your office/location, including:
      • 3 50ml bottles of rum
      • 1 50ml bottle of orange liqueur
      • Lime juice
      • Gingerbread syrup
      • Dried fruit garnish (3 lime wheels)
      • Nutmeg
      • Ginger beer
      • Edible glitter
      • Umbrella
      • A jigger (or measuring device)

Additional Materials Needed To Prepare:

    • A cocktail shaker (or protein shaker)
    • A hawthorn strainer (or a mesh strainer or slotted spoon)
    • Ice

General Notes

  • After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
  • For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.
  • Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event.
  • You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.
  • Get a Demo: Not convinced? Book a 20-minute demo of this event for $25 before committing to it for your group. Your payment will apply towards your final purchase.

Supported Platforms for Virtual Events: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.

Certificate of Insurance (COI) Requests:

If you need a COI please contact our event team after booking. 

Please note while most COI requests can be accommodates, we will need at least 7 business days advance notice, and COIs will require a non-refundable up-charge of $150 per event.

  • $1,490 for up to 10 people
  • $149 per person thereafter
  • We will collect the minimum at checkout as a deposit and then we'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount

For customization, there is a $200 charge & we'll connect you with an expert to cater to your group's needs.

Rescheduled events must occur within 1 year of the original event.
There are no cancellations for events with materials once materials have been shipped.
