How it Works
Description
Join our exciting Secret Santa Gift Exchange, the perfect way to spread holiday cheer and foster camaraderie within your team or group!
Participants will be randomly assigned a gift recipient and given opportunities to personalize their presents. You'll exchange gifts, share reactions, and learn new things about each other along the way.
Ideal for corporate team building or private gatherings, this interactive experience ensures fun and connection, no matter where you are. With professional facilitation, our event promises seamless organization and memorable moments. Don't miss out on this delightful opportunity to bond and celebrate together!
How It Works:
- Everyone will receive a short survey when they arrive at the event! This will be used to get to know you better and figure out what gift you are in the market for receiving.
- The host randomly assigns each participant a person to give a gift to.
- Everyone will pick a gift at random to give to their person.
- You will compete in a fun game once all the gifts have been revealed to win the opportunity to pick a different gift for your person or lock in the gift you already chose.
- At the end of the event, everyone will be given a fact about their secret Santa and will get to guess who they think had them!
General Notes
- After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
- For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.
- Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event.
- You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.
- Get a Demo: Not convinced? Book a 20-minute demo of this event for $25 before committing to it for your group. Your payment will apply towards your final purchase.
Supported Platforms for Virtual Events: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.
