The Discovery Round:

Participants receive a curated prompt list filled with fun and revealing facts to track down among their colleagues. The group divides into small groups of two to three for rapid interview rounds, each person trying to check off as many prompts as possible by connecting facts to the real people who match them.

The Share-Out:

Once the discovery round is complete, the full group comes back together to compare notes, share stories, and celebrate what they found.
