During the planning stages, I was concerned that the only form of contact was email, but the staff was really quick in responding to all my emails, making me feel really confident about our event in advance. Additionally, Andrew, was great! He was fun and engaging, and even though I gave him the wrong zoom information, he was not flustered by the late start. Great Professionalism!
