Description
Bring a taste of NYC to your group's kitchen: learn to make bagels! Make, shape, then boil and bake this tasty brunch treat along with our chef instructor.
Your Group Will Learn/Do:
- Make bagel dough
- Roll bagels into their bagel-y shapes
- Bake your freshly made bagels to perfection
What's Included:
- A private, interactive workshop led by a professional chef and instructor
- We select and send the optimal ingredient brands and portions to participants to ensure everyone ends up with delicious, homemade bagels. All ingredients will be shipped to each participant, including:
- Flour
- Yeast
- Honey
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- **Gluten-Free Option: This event accommodates gluten-free requests - ask our event team for the recommended gluten-free flour. Gluten-free participants are responsible for acquiring the flour.
- Additional Tools Required:
- One deep-sided pot, stock pot, or Dutch oven
- Mixer or wooden spoon
- Slotted spoon or spider
- Mixing bowl
- Plastic wrap
- Baking sheet
Supported Platforms: Zoom is our recommended platform but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details.
Pricing
- $800 for up to 10 people
- $80 per person thereafter
- If you don't know your group size, select the minimum group size (10) to pay the minimum deposit and secure your date. We'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount.
