We offer essential nourishment for body, mind, and feelings, supporting you to experience greater harmony within yourself. In this monthly series, we will learn Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises, perfect expressions of the Nine Principles of Harmony. Studying Breema is a gift to yourself, and to those with whom you practice what you learn.

Please be comfortable sitting, moving, and working on a well padded floor.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the individual course descriptions, cancellations or transfers made up to 14 calendar days before the first day of the course will result in a full refund, less a processing fee ($35 or 20 percent of fee, whichever is less). No refunds will be granted for cancellations made with less than the 14-day notice.

Participants registered for full courses will not be refunded for any missed sessions and may not receive certificates of completion for partial completion of a seminar.
