How it Works
Description
Gather the team together for wholesome holiday cookie decorating!
This family-friendly activity comes with everything you need to decorate the cutest gingerbread people and Christmas tree cookies. No need for prior cookie decorating experience, your host will offer tips & tricks for success. It’s all about being silly and having fun with your cookies (um, colleagues!).
While you’re decorating, bond together over holiday trivia questions and jam out to your favorite holiday tunes. This classic holiday event is sure to please everyone on your team – and their taste buds too.
What's Included:
- A private, interactive gingerbread cookie decorating workshop
- Fun and collaborative holiday team games led by one of our lovely and engaging hosts
- Access to our event fulfillment team
- After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and Zoom details about the event
- We will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a cookie-decorating kit
- Our event fulfillment team will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after the event
- All materials will be shipped to each participant including:
- 12 pre-baked gingerbread cookies
- red, white, black and green icing
- colorful Christmas sprinkles mix
- four decorating bags
- four decorating tips
Supported Platforms: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details
Shipping Deadlines & Terms:
- US addresses must be submitted two weeks before the event
- Additional costs may apply to expedited shipments
- Any shipment containing wine or alcohol must be signed for by the recipient
Additional Notes:
- If you don't know your final headcount, place a hold on your date by booking the minimum group size. We'll collect the full payment after you finalize the headcount
- You can customize your event for a $150 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization

General Notes
- After you book the event, we will send you a confirmation email and details for the event.
- For events with materials, we will then collect the addresses of each of the participants and ensure every individual is sent a kit.

- You can customize your event for a $300 customization fee. Customizations include things like combining different games, requesting specific questions or a themed game, or adding something to an event with materials included. Using a different platform that is not Zoom is not a customization.
- Get a Demo: Not convinced? Book a 20-minute demo of this event for $25 before committing to it for your group. Your payment will apply towards your final purchase.

Certificate of Insurance (COI) Requests:
If you need a COI please contact our event team after booking.
Please note while most COI requests can be accommodates, we will need at least 7 business days advance notice, and COIs will require a non-refundable up-charge of $150 per event.
Pricing
- $90 per person, $900 minimum
- The minimum covers the first 10 people
- We will collect the minimum at checkout as a deposit and then we'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your headcount after your event
For customization, there is a $200 charge & we'll connect you with an expert to cater to your group's needs.

Price Match Guarantee
If you find a similar event with a competitor at a lower price, we’ll gladly match it. This applies to events of comparable description and duration. Simply provide the details when booking, or within 72 hours of your booking, and we’ll ensure you get the best value. Contact an event concierge to get started.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduled events must occur within 1 year of the original event. There are no cancellations for events with materials once materials have been shipped.
