This is my third time using CourseHorse and every time the experience has been great. CourseHorse has been my go to for ever virtual event for my teams and the events are also budget friendly when needed.

The CourseHorse Event went really well! Everyone who was able to join & participate, seemed to have a great time, laughed at the delicious monstrosities we made. This particular CourseHorse was perfect virtually and appropriate for the timeframe. Didn’t feel like we had to rush at all. And really appreciated Chef Gina’s double video for multiple angles, her thoughtfulness in teaching, her passion and her consistent clear directions.
Comparing to other CourseHorse I’ve done with work, this one is definitely in my top 2 (with the Chocolate Tasting CourseHorse). Thanks again for all your help, coordination & communication.

This is the first online cooking course I have taken. I have taken two others in person but decided to try online since it fits nicely in my schedule and I don't have to travel anywhere. The chef was in contact with me weeks before the event and ensured I had a list of all of the ingredients along with the equipment I would need. The online class really went smoothly and I learned how to make homemade ice cream. The chef I had used multiple cameras so she could get different angles depending on what we were making which really was helpful. She answered questions during the making of the ice cream and it felt as though she was in the same room with you. The chef provided me with her information in case I had questions or needed help after the course. I would definitely take another class with course horse and an online class. I liked how I could make the dish myself instead of doing it in a group which my in-person classes were. I also felt the chef was more personable and that I could easily reach out to her with questions I had

Our mochi making class was super fun! Chef Gina was professional, personable, and provided very clear step-by-step instructions for the class. She didn't speak too fast and took the time to answer all the questions my team had. All around, it was a very good experience. Miles took care of the logistics and she was delightful to work with. She made my company event planning super easy! I would definitely plan another event with Coursehorse and would highly recommend them to others.
P.S. I had the mochi ice cream I made for dessert and it was delicious!

It was AMAZING!!! Chelly was wonderful, and our team loved the class. Thank you so much Chelly!! Our group signed up for the virtual Ice Cream class. WOW! What a wonderful way to spend a warm summer evening. Our instructor was professional, knowledgeable, and engaging. The process to book the class was flawless, and I was given everything my participants needed to have in advance, including recipes. We not only made Ice Cream, but also made caramel sauce for the ice cream. Everyone loved the class and had an incredible time. Highly recommend!

Chef Eve is remarkable. Clear instructions, intelligently presented with the added bonus of explanations on how ingredients interact. She is obviously enjoying her role and made me feel as if I were her only student.

Robby was AMAZING! We have a very quiet/introverted group, so his energy and fun sense of humor was absolutely PERFECT! We will definitely be registering for more events with CourseHorse….we love your company!

I had a great time. Gina was a great teacher and taught me new tips. There was also laughter when something didn't go right. It was a lot of fun.
